And if you've never been to a business event at all, there's a reason. Maybe it felt like it wasn't for you. Maybe it was the price, the timing, the kids, or that little voice asking whether you're "far enough along" to belong there. You are. This is a good first one.
Boss Vision Con started as a way to get some of those women in the same room, and it's back for its 9th year.
Before any of this, I was an elementary school music teacher. I didn't come from a business background or have a network handed to me, which is exactly why this room doesn't have a velvet rope. I built all of this by figuring it out as I went and leaning on women who were willing to tell me the truth.
That's what Boss Vision Con is: nine years of women telling each other the truth, in one room, for one day. Two days if you choose VIP!
I'm the founder of Dallas Girl Gang, a community of almost 50,000 women across Dallas–Fort Worth who are building businesses, careers, and lives on their own terms.

VIP Day on January 29 is for women who want to keep going. It’s a smaller group with our facilitators: deeper conversations about your actual business, then hands-on time to start building out and implementing what you decided on day one. You don’t go home with a to-do list. You go home with the work already started.
A smaller room with your peers and our facilitators. No cookie-cutter system. We start from what's true for you and where you want to go and begin actual implementation before you drive or fly back home.
